Things are going well! Sometimes it is hard to keep on track but I think it is easier because it is summer. Exercise is easier. Veggies are cheaper at the store. I buy lots of veggies and wash and cut everything up so I can use them in recipes or eat as snacks through out the week I find that helps. I have planted a few snow peas we shall see how they grow. I love snow peas for stirfries! And they are generally easy to grow!!
So back on track after the bit of trouble last week. I don't feel any different with almost twenty pounds lost but I guess that takes time as well. At least I have stayed away from Dairy Queen!!
Two pound weight gain this week which is very discouraging. Not doing anything different. Still exercising. Still eating healthy with smaller portions.
I think I need to cut my carbs a bit as the past 3 weeks I have been eating a few more carbs.
I am trying not to get discouraged.
