So that is 27.8 pounds lost. I am happy with the loss, I really am but my goal was to lose 30 pounds by the end of June- which I didn't do so that is disappointing. But in the end, the scale is moving in the right direction and that is awesome!!!
Here I am again with another weigh-in Wednesday after a couple weeks with only another pound lost. That can be depressing. I have been exercise very well with loads of bike riding. My good eating patterns has lessened, I think. I need to make more of an effort to eat healthier foods. The amount of food that I eat is still less so that is good!!!!
