It is slow going this weigh loss thing. I need a recharge, I think. A boost of energy or something. Making a different exercise routine. A hike in this wonderful Fall weather might help.

On another note: I think I need to buy some new socks! After a rough couple weeks, I am back on track again. Unfortunately I did gain back a few of the pounds that I had lost....... but not as much as I would have thought. So I am still down 20 pounds, which is great.
One has to get back on the horse, even when thrown, instead of watching the horse gallop away. I like horses. So that is 27.8 pounds lost. I am happy with the loss, I really am but my goal was to lose 30 pounds by the end of June- which I didn't do so that is disappointing. But in the end, the scale is moving in the right direction and that is awesome!!!
