
Having snacks in the house is not good for me. I will just eat them. It doesn’t matter if it is granola bars, chocolate, chips, ice-cream or the so-called ‘healthy’ 100 calorie tiny bags of goodness that makes you believe you are doing well, because it is only 100 calories, right? What is the harm?
It doesn’t help the diet or healthy eating plan if you eat the whole box! And that is what I do-- because they are there!
I forgot that yesterday when I went shopping at Costco.
