I think I need to cut my carbs a bit as the past 3 weeks I have been eating a few more carbs.
I am trying not to get discouraged.
Two pound weight gain this week which is very discouraging. Not doing anything different. Still exercising. Still eating healthy with smaller portions.

You had 2 big losses in a row don't forget. I understand it is still discouraging, especially when you do everything you are suppose to do. You will lose it next week and then some. You are doing a great job. A gain is just part of the journey. L
